I have had 2 other property management services and OC Residential has by far been the best. They respond to emails and calls rapidly, and aer always pleasant and professional, and patient with explaining things to me. Repairs are completed immediately, deposits made consistently, leasing agreements are managed well before the ending date, all with my prior consent. The pricing is fair and well worth the service they offer. I do not have to worry about anything which is exactly what I wanted.
